one of my coworkers has this book called "the secret language of relationships". you look up your birthday and someone else's and it tells you the dynamic between the two people based on their week of birth. each pairing gives a famous couple to illustrate the relationship between the two. this book is supposed to work for any two people, spouses, siblings, coworkers, whatever. i look up my birthday and my mom's. the celeb couple who best encapsulates our relationship is..........mike tyson and robin givens?!?! uh oh.
earlier this week i come across a sign. on a church of all places. it reads:
chinese proverb: "if you can't find it within you...where will it come from?"
"don't call it a comeback. i've been here for years..."
