coll-edge.

sara. me. nicole. "punk rock inaugural ball".

me. kyle. westcott community center. piebald show.

adam. nicole. me. rachel. nicole's xmas party.

rachel and i were looking at pictures recently and noticing how much wider we used to smile. how much happier we looked when in dc. before "life" got in the way.

lately i've been laughing out loud, to myself, at stuff i would've barely cracked a smile about last year.

a wise man once told me that i have the power to change the atmosphere in a room. if i'm in a bad mood, i can literally suck the life out of a place. of course it's something i've noticed, but to hear it put so succiently was kind of a shock.

there are people who think they "know me", who view me as a total bitch.

perception versus reality. it's an interesting concept...

"the unexamined life is not worth living."

As you know my goal is to smile as wide as possible as frequently as possible - we each have the power to light up someone's life AND make ourselves feel good too - win.win. Of course, the examples you have here are awesomely fun times -- looking forward to an edge reunion in Chicago in just a couple weeks. Big smiles all around!
